SJ&GINNY are comedy partners and friend partners based out of NYC. In 2014, they started hosting The Shame Game, a variety show that grew in popularity until they were selling out The Bell House and Union Hall; Time Out New York named it one of the best women fronted comedy shows in New York City. The duo went super duper viral in summer 2015 when their video Drive By Street Harassment racked up two million views and triggered a media blitz.
In 2016, SJ&GINNY wrote and produced the half hour comedy pilot Urban Teach Now. The ambitious project, which spanned multi-day shoots in both New Orleans and NYC, was recently named an official selection of both New York Television Festival and iTVFest.
Their work has been featured in Huffington Post, i-D Vice, Marie Claire, Bust, NBC News, Angry Asian Man, Variety and Jezebel.
When they're not busy being so busy, like SO BUSY, all over NYC, they like to casually hang out at the park (see Fig. 1). One time, it was so casual, they commissioned a portrait of the occasion (see Fig. 2).
